📍 Where We Ship

We currently ship to customers in the United States and internationally.

Shipping availability is automatically shown at checkout based on your delivery address.


Processing Time

Standard Items:
All non-personalized orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is completed.

Personalized & Made-to-Order Items:
Custom engraved and personalized pieces require additional time for production and are processed within 3–7 business days.

You will receive:

• An order confirmation email immediately after purchase
• A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.


🚚 Shipping Time

Once your order is shipped, typical delivery times are:

United States:
📦 7–10 business days

International:
📦 6–12 business days

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Standard Items: 7–12 business days total
• Personalized Items: 10–20 business days total

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on location and local carrier conditions.

Most orders arrive sooner, but please allow the full delivery window, especially during peak seasons.


🔍 Order Tracking

Every order includes full tracking at no additional cost.

You will receive tracking updates by email, and you can check your order status anytime using our Track Your Order page.

Tracking may take 2–4 business days to update after shipment.


📨 Shipping Method

We work with trusted global fulfillment partners to ensure consistent product quality and reliable delivery.

All shipments include tracking and are delivered through your local postal carrier once they arrive in your country.


Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate packages to ensure faster delivery.

Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

This is normal and helps prevent unnecessary delays.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Graceful Silver is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or tracking hasn’t updated for several days, our support team is here to help.

A package may be considered lost if:

• It exceeds 30 business days in transit, or
• Tracking shows no movement for 15 or more business days

In these rare cases, we will gladly reship your order at no additional cost.


🌍 International Shipping Note

International orders may occasionally experience minor delays due to customs processing, which is outside our control.

Graceful Silver is not responsible for customs delays once the package has entered the destination country.


🎄 Holiday Season Notice

During peak shopping seasons (November–December), shipping carriers may experience delays.

We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
